Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory); MBA or PGDM in Business / Project Management is a plus.
Job Details:-
In-depth knowledge of EPC, HAM, BOT, and item-rate tendering processes. Strong understanding of government procurement policies and e-tendering platforms (e.g., CPPP, eProcure, NHAI portals).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tender Identification & Analysis
Track upcoming tenders from government agencies like NHAI, MoRTH, PWDs and State authorities.
Analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs, BOQs, SBDs) for technical, financial and legal requirements.
Evaluate scope, risks and viability for Go / No-Go decision with Management.
2. Tender Preparation & Submission
Develop competitive and compliant technical and financial proposals.
Collaborate with estimation, engineering, procurement and planning teams for cost inputs and construction methodologies.
Ensure accurate quantity take-offs, rate analysis and cost estimation based on current market trends.
Supervise bid preparation, formatting, documentation and final submission within deadlines.
3. Strategic Bid Management
Formulate bid strategies including pricing decisions, value engineering options and partnerships.
Engage with design consultants, third-party vendors or JV partners for required documentation or services.
Oversee timely procurement of bid bonds, EMDs and other bid security instruments.
4. Client & Partner Coordination
Interface with government departments for bid clarifications, pre-bid meetings and updates.
Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors, consultants, and JV partners for collaborative bidding.
5. Risk Management & Compliance
Identify and flag legal, financial and technical risks in tender documents.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams for contract terms, taxation and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, including prequalification norms and financial eligibility.
6. Post-Bid Activities
Participate in negotiations, clarifications and presentations with clients post submission.
Support smooth transition of project knowledge to execution teams after award.

Familiarity with Indian Road Congress (IRC) specifications and standard bidding documents.
Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09:30am to 5:30pm
