Preparation of BOQs
Preparation of Rate Analysis as per Clients' requirements
Getting MEP Quotes with our sub-vendors for tender purpose
Site visit for BOQ preparation
Negotiation meetings with Clients
Extra work BOQ preparation & approval from Clients
Cost sheet submission at the start of the project
Discussing wooden work detailing with the Internal team/ vendor
Check the cost sheet personally & review profitability
Salary- 3 Lakh to 5 Lakh per annum
Experience- 2 to 5 years
Must be from Interior Organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Maharishi Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
