Key Responsibilities:
Identify relevant government and private tender opportunities.
Prepare and submit tender documents, proposals, and bids.
Review contract terms, compliance requirements, and eligibility criteria.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents.
Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and bid outcomes.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and government agencies regarding tenders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement.
Knowledge of government and private tender portals (GeM, eProcurement, etc.).
Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
