Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, managing, and submitting tenders, ensuring compliance with all bidding requirements, and coordinating across departments for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate relevant tenders on the GeM portal and other government procurement platforms. Prepare and submit bids, including documentation, pricing, and compliance details, in line with the tender requirements. Maintain and update company profiles on GeM and ensure timely renewal of certificates and licenses. Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance, logistics) for timely collection of required documents and approvals. Track tender statuses, respond to queries from government departments, and handle post-bid communications. Maintain records of submitted tenders, awarded contracts, and ongoing project statuses. Stay updated on changes in GeM portal functionalities, policies, and procurement guidelines. Support in the registration of new products and services on the GeM portal as per organizational offerings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering, specifically with GeM portal operations. Strong understanding of government procurement processes and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
