Job Summary:

Solar Hub Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of bids and tender documents for solar energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government and private sector tender processes and will support the team in securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant tenders and bidding opportunities in the solar/renewable energy sector.
Analyze tender documents, including scope, specifications, and legal/commercial terms.
Prepare and compile accurate bid documentation in compliance with customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal) for tender inputs.
Ensure timely submission of tender proposals and pre-qualification documents.
Maintain and update a database of past tenders, submissions, and outcomes.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and government bodies regarding tender clarifications.
Monitor tender outcomes and assist in post-bid negotiations or documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in tendering, preferably in the solar or infrastructure sector.
Strong understanding of government e-procurement portals and tendering procedures.
Excellent documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF editors.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with government tenders, EPC projects, and solar project documentation.
Familiarity with portal-based submissions (e.g., GeM, CPPP, state e-tender portals).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?28,759.44 per month
