Job Description

Tendering Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our tendering processes and project estimations. Tendering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end tender management cycle, from identifying opportunities and preparing bid documents to analyzing tender specifications and evaluating submissions

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare comprehensive rate analysis for all construction items.

Collect and maintain basic rates of essential construction materials.

Initiate inquiries to specialized vendors and liaise with the procurement team.

Ensure close coordination with consulting Architects to validate BOQ accuracy.

Apply hands-on expertise in , Road Tunnel, Hydro and Mining contracts.

Conduct thorough Quantity Surveying to ensure precise project estimations.

Draft and prepare pre-bid queries for clarification with clients.

Attend pre-bid meetings to address client queries and concerns.

Demonstrate readiness to conduct site visits across diverse project locations in India.

Document obstacles and potential challenges observed during site visits.

Proactively mitigate future construction hurdles by addressing noted difficulties.

Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Maintain open channels of communication and collaboration with project stakeholders.

Language and Software Proficiency:

Possess proficiency in spoken and written English.

Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD for documentation and project management.
