Job Overview:



We are seeking a

versatile and detail-oriented Tendering Engineer

to manage end-to-end government and institutional tender processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in catalog management, L1/L2 documentation, EMD handling, and coordination with government officials. A strong understanding of ISO documentation, accounts, and office administration is essential. Additional knowledge in

electronics sourcing

and

AI-based product solutions

will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, upload, and manage tenders on

GeM

,

eProcurement

, and other government portals. Handle

catalog creation, pricing, technical bid documents

, and ensure full compliance with tender requirements. Manage

L1/L2 evaluations

, clarifications, and submission of all supporting documents. Coordinate with

government departments, officials, and vendors

for tender-related queries and compliance. Manage

EMD, PBG, and vendor registrations

, ensuring all deadlines and renewals are tracked. Prepare and maintain

ISO-related filings, certifications, and quality documents

. Collaborate with accounts and finance for

costing, quotations, and invoice tracking

. Create professional

presentations, brochures, and reports using Canva and PowerPoint

. Maintain tender MIS reports, trackers, and assist management in decision-making. Support

electronic component sourcing

and coordination with AI and IoT product teams when required.

Skills & Qualifications:



Graduate in

Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration

(preferred: B.Tech / BBA / B.Com).

2-5 years

of hands-on experience in

tender management, government bidding, and ISO documentation

. Strong understanding of

GeM, NIC, CPPP, and eProcurement

portals. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and

Canva

. Basic knowledge of

accounts and office administration

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to correspond with

government and institutional clients

. Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet strict deadlines. Knowledge of

electronics sourcing or AI-based projects

is a plus.
