Requisites:

Qualification: BE/Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field Experience: 3-5 years in tendering, estimation, or related field Knowledge of tendering processes, costing, and documentation Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience in manufacturing/industrial sector preferred

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret tender documents and specifications Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and technical/commercial bids Coordinate with engineering, purchase, and finance teams for tender requirements Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation Maintain tender records and follow up on submitted bids Assist in negotiations and contract finalization
