Working with some of the biggest names in construction and Infrastructure development we function as a professional firm well aware of the latest prevalent and specified norms.

Job responsibilities:

Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical works. Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities), rate analysis, and material take-offs. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing for electrical components and services. Evaluate technical and commercial aspects of bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Assist in preparing and submitting technical and commercial proposals for government and private tenders. Ensure all tender submissions meet client requirements and deadlines. Maintain records of past tenders, pricing benchmarks, and vendor database Liaise with design, procurement, and execution teams to validate estimates and project feasibility. Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather project-specific data. Review post-tender clarifications and support negotiation processes.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical) 2-6 years in estimation or tendering roles, preferably in electrical contracting or EPC firms. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, CostX). Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills Familiarity with government e-tendering platforms (e.g., GeM, CPPP). Knowledge of pricing trends and vendor networks in the electrical domain.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
