Handle end-to-end government tender processes (GEM, CPP, eProcurement, etc.)
Analyze and prepare BOQs and compliance documentation
Track tender opportunities, submissions, and timelines
Design & Documentation:
Create brochures, catalogs, presentations (PPTs) using Canva or similar tools
Draft professional client emails, proposals, and cover letters
Office Coordination:
Supervise day-to-day operations and coordinate with staff to ensure order completion on time
Manage documentation, filing, and reporting
Client & Government Liaison:
Maintain and grow contacts within government departments and PSUs
Coordinate pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-tender negotiations
Order Fulfillment:
Oversee execution of awarded tenders including procurement, logistics, and delivery timelines
Ensure compliance with client requirements and timely completion
Requirements:
Proven experience in handling government tenders (especially GEM)
Strong understanding of BOQs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and digital documentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage a team and meet tight deadlines
Existing network/contacts in government departments (preferred)
Willingness to travel as needed
