Job Responsibilities:

Prepare

tenders, estimates, and costing

for Plumbing & Firefighting works in residential projects. Study

tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work

. Prepare

detailed BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates

. Coordinate with

design, billing, procurement, and site teams

for accurate costing. Handle

pre-bid queries, clarifications, and technical submissions

. Prepare

comparative statements

for vendor and subcontractor quotations. Support management in

finalizing bid pricing and negotiations

. Maintain tender records, cost data, and MIS reports. Ensure costing is in line with

project budget and company margins

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong expertise in

Plumbing & Firefighting tendering and costing

. Hands-on experience in

residential projects (high-rise preferred)

. Excellent knowledge of

BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and estimation norms

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

and tendering/estimation tools. Sound understanding of

IS codes, NBC, and firefighting norms

. Good coordination, negotiation, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

(preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum

10 years of relevant experience

in Plumbing & Firefighting tendering. Experience in

large residential or township projects

will be an added advantage.

Immediate joiners

will be given priority.
