Responsibilities:
? Pre-qualification on the up-coming projects - Documentation & Presentation.
? Monitor Newspaper tender call / online Tender portal of various govt departments periodi
cally
? Study, Analysis and Finding feasibility in the tenders call off on the topics Contractual co
nditions, Nature of job, Geographical location, Project volume and Client position, work
site nature, soil conditions, project approach, and local material accessibility
? Pre-bid queries on the Technical and commercial components of the tender
? Collect offers from different sub-agencies, and select based on an evaluation of the agenc
y's offer and profile
? Preparation of detailed rate analysis for all item of works, including the development of t
ender strategies, proposal preparation, and submission
? Prepare technical support documents such as timeline schedule, resource planning, and ot
her related requirements in the tender call
? Monitor competitor activity and keep up-to-date with industry trends. Scrutinize rates of
different items from the market to offer a competitive rate in the tender
? Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders, proposals, and clients
? Carry out both technical and commercial tender evaluation process
? Prepare documents such as work order, contractual letters and other agreements to be sub
mitted to the management from the client side
? Coordinate with consultants for EPC mode contracts.
? Prepare and finalize zero cost budgeting for the awarded projects.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
? A minimum of 10 years of experience in Planning & Monitoring, preferably in a construc
tion industry.
? Excellent knowledge of project Scheduling, cost management, financial analysis, and bud
get.
