Prepare cost estimates for tenders in line with client requirements and project specifications.
Prepare
BOQs
(Bill of Quantities) as per drawings and design documents.
Manage project budgets for
Civil, Interiors & MEP works
, including forecasting, monitoring costs, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts and work orders.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
Prepare tender documents, variation statements, and budget reports.
Generate regular cost and schedule reports for management and clients.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Optimize cost and risk factors to ensure
value for money
, while maintaining legal standards, safety, and quality requirements.
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of tendering, estimation, and contract management.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Projects
(or similar tools).
Good analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to work on multiple tenders/projects simultaneously.
Experience in
Commercial, Interiors, and MEP projects
preferred.
