Prepare, compile, and submit government/ institutional/ private tenders accurately within deadlines.
Maintain tender documentation, track submission status, and update management regularly.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely availability of documents, materials, and quotations required for tenders.
Follow up with vendors/suppliers regarding supply schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, finance, logistics) to streamline tender and supply processes.
Monitor payment cycles and follow up with clients/customers for timely release of payments.
Maintain MIS reports on tender submissions, supply status, and payment collections.
Ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and company requirements related to tendering and supplies.
Handle vendor registration processes and documentation for tenders.
Requirements:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in tender submission, vendor coordination, and payment follow-up (preferably in Pharma/Healthcare/Manufacturing).
Good knowledge of government e-tendering portals and processes.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet-based tender portals.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
