Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Tender Sales professional

with experience in preparing, submitting, and managing tenders, bids, and proposals, particularly in the

machine manufacturing / SPM / engineering industry

. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams (design, engineering, finance, legal) and external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of compliant and competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and monitor relevant

government / PSU / private tenders, RFPs, RFQs

from portals, newspapers, and industry sources. Study tender documents thoroughly and evaluate

technical, commercial, and contractual requirements

. Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical proposals, financial bids, and supporting paperwork. Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and finance teams for pricing and technical inputs. Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance to requirements. Track tender status, attend pre-bid meetings, and maintain follow-up with clients/authorities. Maintain repository of submitted tenders, win/loss analysis, and improve bid strategies. Support sales team in negotiations, order finalization, and contract handover to execution teams. Ensure adherence to statutory and organizational compliance in documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

tendering process

in engineering/machine manufacturing industries. Excellent documentation, drafting, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender portals. Understanding of

commercial terms, contracts, and pricing structures

. Ability to work under deadlines with strong attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills across teams and clients.

Qualifications

Graduate / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical / Industrial / Production / Electrical). 2-6 years of experience in

tendering / sales support

in machine manufacturing, SPM, EPC, or engineering industries. Familiarity with

GeM portal, e-tendering platforms, and PSU/Govt tender norms

is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?352,733.10 - ?964,572.78 per year
