We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Tender Sales Executive / Manager
with hands-on experience in handling tenders, bids, and proposals in the
machine manufacturing / SPM / engineering industry
. The role involves end-to-end tender management and close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track Govt, PSU & private tenders (RFP/RFQ) via portals, newspapers, and industry sources
Study tender documents for technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
Prepare PQ documents, technical proposals, and commercial/financial bids
Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, and finance teams for inputs
Ensure accurate and timely tender submission with full compliance
Attend pre-bid meetings and follow up with clients/authorities
Maintain tender records, win/loss analysis, and bid improvement strategies
Support negotiations, order finalization, and handover to execution teams

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / Graduate / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Industrial)
2-6 years
of experience in tendering or sales support
Experience in
Machine Manufacturing / SPM / EPC / Engineering
preferred
Knowledge of GeM & Govt tender norms is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
