The role includes handling
GeM tenders, state/local government tenders, import-related communication, and general documentation work
.
Responsibilities
Check and identify daily tenders from GeM/various and government portals
Prepare and submit tender documents
Update tender trackers and reports
Coordinate with suppliers for quotations and documents
Handle GeM product listings, bids, and reverse auctions
Follow up with government departments for tender queries
Support import documentation (PI, shipment tracking, basic communication)
Manage official emails, letters, and basic office documentation
Requirements
Any degree
5-10 years experience in tender or procurement work (preferred)
Basic knowledge of GeM portal
Good communication and MS Office skills
Should be organized and detail-oriented

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
