to manage our Government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations, actively search and bid for government tenders, handle general office tasks, and support basic accounting. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with vendors and clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for relevant government tenders and opportunities on GeM.
Prepare and submit bids on GeM, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Maintain and update tender documents and records.
Assist with basic accounting entries, invoices, and payment tracking.
Handle general office administration tasks.
Communicate with government departments, vendors, and suppliers.
Negotiate terms to achieve the best outcomes for the company.
Requirements:
Experience with GeM portal bidding (preferred) or willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of accounting and office administration.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
