Prior experience needed especially for central govt project depts (like CPWD ,NBCC NPCC, RAILWAYS etc). Special focus on ODISHA state

Main skill- Vendor identification and negotiation; EXPERIENCE IN TENDER DOCUMENT MAKING WORKS
