Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and motivated

Tender Manager

to join our team in

Hyderabad

. This is a pivotal on-site role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the tendering process--from initial inquiry to final submission. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of construction bidding, excellent coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the end-to-end tendering process for domestic and international projects. Prepare and review tender documents in alignment with project specifications and client requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement and project management to gather necessary inputs. Ensure compliance with all technical, commercial and legal aspects of each bid. Analyze and interpret project requirements, drawings and contract documents. Track deadlines and maintain documentation related to tender submissions and outcomes. Liaise with clients, consultants and JV partners throughout the bidding process. Maintain a repository of past bids, pricing strategies and competitor insights to inform future proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Business Administration

or a related field. Proven experience in

Tender Management

, particularly within the

construction or infrastructure

sectors. Strong

project management

and

analytical

skills. Proficiency in reviewing

BOQs

,

technical specifications

and

contractual terms

. Exceptional written and verbal

communication skills

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Familiarity with government and private sector tendering platforms is a plus.
