Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Bid Management:

Source opportunities, analyze RFPs/RFQs, manage full lifecycle from request to submission.

Proposal Development:

Prepare high-quality technical & commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

Coordination:

Liaise with Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Engineering for input and approvals.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to procurement rules, contract terms, and regulatory standards.

Strategy:

Develop winning bid strategies, perform cost/price analysis, and conduct risk assessments.

Documentation:

Prepare, submit (often online), and control all tender documents and data.

Post-Tender:

Handle pre/post-bid meetings, follow-ups, and support contract negotiations.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong Project Management & Organization. Excellent Written & Verbal Communication. Commercial Acumen & Financial Understanding. Proficiency in MS Office & Tender Software. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of contracts, procurement, and relevant industry norms (e.g., Oil, IT, Logistics).
Success Metrics (Measures of Success)

Increased win rates & revenue secured. Achievement of internal SLAs. Improved bid margins.
