We are hiring a

Tender Executive / GeM Portal Executive

to manage

end-to-end tender operations

, including

GeM portal bidding, tender documentation, payment tracking, and coordination with internal teams

. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in

government tenders, e-procurement portals, and compliance documentation

.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender & E-Procurement Management

Search and track tenders on

GeM Portal, CPPP, State e-Procurement portals

Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and BOQ Prepare and submit

technical & commercial bids

Ensure compliance with tender terms and deadlines

GeM Portal Responsibilities

Product listing and updates on

GeM

Bid participation, BOQ uploads, reverse auctions Order acceptance, contract management, delivery tracking

Tender Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and maintain: Technical specifications Declarations & affidavits Past performance documents GST, MSME, ISO, CDSCO, turnover certificates Maintain tender document repository and records

Payment & Financial Follow-ups

Track

EMD, PBG, tender fees

Coordinate with accounts for: Invoice submission Payment follow-ups Tender closure documentation

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with

sales, accounts, production, and dispatch teams

Communicate with government departments via email & phone Maintain

tender MIS, trackers, and status reports

Required Skills & QualificationsMandatory Skills

Hands-on experience in

tender handling / GeM portal

Strong documentation and formatting skills Proficiency in

MS Word, Excel, PDF tools

Good written English (emails, tender responses)

Preferred Skills

Experience in

medical devices / pharma / healthcare tenders

Knowledge of

CDSCO, ISO 13485, MSME, GST

Familiarity with government procurement processes

Experience Required

1 to 4 years

in Tender Executive / GeM / E-procurement role
