We are hiring an experienced

Tender Manager

for road construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process with a strong focus on

PWD, National Highway (NH), NHAI, and PMGSY projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end handling of

tenders for road construction projects

Preparation and review of

BOQs, estimates, rate analysis, and tender documentation

Thorough understanding of tender norms of

PWD, NH, NHAI, and PMGSY (NRDA/PMGSY)

Study and analysis of drawings, specifications, and contract conditions Participation in

pre-bid meetings

, handling clarifications, and post-bid negotiations Coordination with technical, finance, and legal teams for timely submissions Submission of tenders through

e-procurement portals

Maintaining tender records, compliance sheets, and approvals Supporting contract finalization and project handover to execution team

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong experience in

PWD, NH, NHAI & PMGSY tendering

Expertise in

BOQ preparation, estimation, and costing for road projects

Knowledge of

EPC / item-rate contracts

Familiarity with government tender portals and documentation processes Good command over MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic), and estimation tools Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.E. Civil Engineering

5-15 years of experience

in tendering for road construction projects Hands-on experience with

PWD, NH, NHAI, NRDA / PMGSY projects

will be highly preferred
