Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Tendering Activities



Identify and track relevant tenders (government & private) via online portals, newspapers, and other sources. Analyze tender documents, evaluate technical and commercial requirements. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, legal, finance, etc.) to collect necessary inputs and documents. Prepare, review, and compile complete tender submissions (technical, commercial, legal) in line with bid requirements. Ensure timely submission of tenders, strictly adhering to deadlines. Maintain a comprehensive database of tenders submitted, their status, results, and client feedback. Monitor pre-bid meetings, corrigenda, clarifications, and updates to ensure compliance.

2. GeM Portal Management



Oversee registration, profile maintenance, and compliance of the organization's GeM portal account. Manage product & service listings, ensure updates as per current offerings. Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues by coordinating with GeM support as per guidelines. Ensure seamless participation in bids and reverse auctions on the GeM platform.

3. Compliance & Reporting



Maintain detailed records of all tendering and GeM portal activities, including bid documents, communications, and compliance reports. Generate and analyze reports on tendering performance and compliance metrics. Prepare concise Tender Synopsis for management review.

Preferred Qualifications Education:



BE / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) OR Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience:



Minimum 3+ years in tender management, bid preparation, and e-procurement. Prior experience in EPC, Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors preferred.

Skills & Knowledge:



Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations, contract terms, and etendering processes. Proficiency in GeM portal and other e-procurement websites (IREPS, CPPP, etc.). Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and professional document formatting. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
