Job Title: Tendering Engineer / Tender Executive / Bid Manager

Job Summary:

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Tendering Professional to manage the end-to-end tendering process for marine, shipbuilding, and infrastructure projects. Responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating tenders, developing proposals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor tender portals (e.g., GEM, CPPP), analyze RFQs/RFPs/BOQs.

Conduct feasibility studies and prepare go/no-go assessments.

Coordinate bid planning with technical, finance, and procurement teams.

Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

Ensure timely submission of complete and compliant bids.

Optimize costing and pricing strategies.

Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Marine, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

3-7 years of experience in tendering or bid management.

Familiar with GEM, CPPP, and eProcurement systems.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Knowledge of maritime regulations and government procurement.

Document management and proposal automation tools

Experience in Marine & Engineering industry will be preferred.
