About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Manager with 2-6 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to end tendering and proposal development process for projects in Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, Environmental Services, and NBS initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in tendering/proposals who can coordinate well with Tender Experts.

Responsibilities

Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client and sector requirements. Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables Kosher Climate Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) and tender experts to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials. Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents. Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations. Ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners. Support management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.
Requirements

Qualification- Relevant 2-6 years of relevant experience in Tender Management in the field of Climate Change and sustainability. Strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects. Has worked directly on tenders of organization such as GIZ, World bank , ADB,UNDP, etc Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple deadlines. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Prior experience in drafting proposals for sustainability, carbon credits, or renewable energy projects. Exposure to working with international donors, development banks, or corporates. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
