Job Title: Tender Manager

Location: Delhi (Work From Office)

Experience: 15-20 years

Industry: Government Tenders | EPC | Construction | Events | Services |

Lead end-to-end tendering and bidding for government/PSU projects -- including tender identification, documentation, compliance checks, and timely submission on GeM, CPPP, and state portals.

Prepare and review technical & financial bids, coordinate with internal teams for required documents, maintain vendor registrations/certifications, and ensure accurate submission of EMD/BGs.

Manage stakeholder coordination with govt agencies, track tender outcomes, analyze eligibility/risk factors, and support post-award documentation and negotiations.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of government tendering, e-procurement portals, and bidding norms.

Expertise in preparing RFP responses, BOQs, technical proposals, and cost sheets.

Excellent documentation, compliance, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools).

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work under deadlines with a high level of accuracy.
