Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

GeM Portal Executive

who can independently manage

end-to-end government tender activities

on the GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in

tender searching, bid preparation, submission, reverse auctions, and post-tender follow-up

.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete operations of the

GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal

Search, evaluate, and apply for relevant

government tenders

Prepare and submit

technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, and compliance documents

Manage

product catalog listing, pricing updates, and order processing

on GeM Participate in and manage

Reverse Auctions (RA)

Coordinate with internal departments for documents, pricing, and approvals Track tender status, results (L1/L2), and manage post-bid follow-ups Ensure timely bid submissions as per tender timelines Maintain tender records, MIS reports, and documentation Handle EMD, PBG, and other tender-related formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience working on

GeM Portal

(mandatory) Knowledge of

CPPP and other e-tendering portals

Strong understanding of

government tender procedures & documentation

Ability to prepare BOQs and compliance files accurately Proficiency in

MS Excel, Word, and online portals

Excellent attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in

manufacturing / pharma / ayurvedic / FMCG / government supplies

Candidate who has handled

minimum 10-15 GeM tenders independently

Immediate or short notice period preferred

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?15,000 - ?60,000 per month

(based on experience)
