automobile or machinery manufacturing industry
. This role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, and strong coordination with internal departments to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Requirements:
8-10 years
of relevant experience in tender management, with at least
3-5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in handling tenders on
GeM
and other government e-procurement platforms.
Background in
Automobile or Machinery Manufacturing industry
is a must.
Strong understanding of government tendering norms, bidding procedures, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and e-Tendering tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
B.Tech in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering
preferred.
