We are looking for a highly skilled GeM & Tender Manager to spearhead our government procurement process. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the GeM portal, handling everything from OEM/Seller panel management to the final submission of L1 bids.
?Key Responsibilities
?GeM Portal Management: End-to-end management of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, including Seller and OEM panel registration and maintenance.
?Catalogue & Product Upload: Expertly managing product uploads, ensuring correct category mapping, and optimizing catalogue bids to maintain competitiveness.
?Bid Preparation: Creating and submitting Technical and Financial bids (L1 bid submission) for various government tenders.
?Multi-Portal Expertise: Handling procurement activities on eProcurement (CPPP), Defence Procurement (DPP), and other state-specific government portals.
?Documentation: Preparing precise tender documents, compliance sheets, and coordinating with internal teams for EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) and bank guarantees.
?Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor pricing and tender trends to ensure a high win rate.
?Required Skills & Qualifications
?3+ years of experience specifically in GeM and Government Tendering.
?In-depth knowledge of GFR (General Financial Rules) and government procurement policies.
?Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for data and price analysis.
?Strong understanding of the Defence Procurement landscape.
