Job Summary:



The

Tender Manager

is responsible for managing the complete tendering and bidding process for construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing techno-commercial bids, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting competitive bids within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:Tendering & Bidding:



Identify and evaluate

tender opportunities

from government and private portals Study

tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specifications

Prepare and submit

techno-commercial bids

within stipulated timelines Ensure complete compliance with

eligibility criteria, EMD, and bid conditions


Coordination & Documentation:



Coordinate with

engineering, estimation, finance, legal, and operations teams

Prepare and compile

pre-qualification (PQ), technical, and financial documents

Manage

bid documentation, annexures, and certifications

Handle

online e-tendering portals

(GeM, CPPP, state portals, etc.)

Costing & Commercials:



Coordinate with estimation team for

costing, BOQs, and pricing strategies

Support in

rate analysis, bid optimization, and commercial negotiations

Ensure accuracy of

financial bids and commercial terms


Compliance & Risk Management:



Ensure adherence to

company policies and tender guidelines

Identify

contractual and commercial risks

and highlight to management Track bid status, clarifications, corrigenda, and amendments

Post-Tender Activities:



Follow up on

bid openings, technical evaluations, and negotiations

Support

contract finalization, LOA/LOI review, and handover to execution team

Maintain a

tender pipeline, MIS, and bid success analysis


Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Commerce

7-12 years of experience

in

tendering & bidding

for construction/infrastructure projects Strong exposure to

government & PSU tenders


Key Skills & Competencies:



Tender documentation & compliance Techno-commercial bid preparation BOQ & estimation coordination E-tendering portals handling Contract review & risk analysis Strong communication & deadline management

Preferred Experience:



Experience in

roads, highways, buildings, mining, or EPC projects

Knowledge of

CPWD, PWD, NHAI, Railways, Mining tenders


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
