Job Summary

:
We are seeking an experienced

Tender Manager

with strong exposure to

coal industry tenders

, including government, PSU, and private sector bidding. The role involves end-to-end management of the tendering process, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with statutory and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and evaluate tender opportunities related to

coal supply, coal transportation, mining services, logistics, and allied services

Manage

end-to-end tendering process

: EOI, RFQ, RFP, technical and commercial bids Prepare, review, and submit

tender documents

in line with eligibility, technical, and commercial requirements Coordinate with

coal companies, PSUs, state utilities, power plants, railways, and government bodies

Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, legal, logistics) for accurate bid inputs Analyze tender documents, BOQs, contracts, and risk factors Ensure

timely submission

of bids through online portals (GeM, e-procurement, MSTC, CPPP, state portals, etc.) Handle

bid clarifications, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, and negotiations

Maintain tender MIS, bid status tracking, and documentation records Support contract finalization and handover to operations post-award Ensure compliance with statutory norms, commercial terms, and company policies
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,821.35 - ?100,000.00 per month
