Analyze scope, contract terms, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements.
Conduct feasibility and profitability analysis of potential bids.
Bid Preparation & Submission
Lead the preparation of tender documents, including technical and financial proposals.
Costing & Pricing Strategy
Work with finance and logistics departments to prepare accurate costing and pricing models.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations, penalties, or operational constraints.
6. Tender Database & Reporting
Ensure compliance with national and regional transportation regulations, environmental standards, and safety norms.
