Job Title: Tender Manager - Civil & Electrical Works

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the tendering process for civil and electrical construction projects.
2. Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work for compliance and accuracy.
3. Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to gather information for bids.
4. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and technical proposals for tenders.
5. Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities for clarifications and approvals.
6. Evaluate subcontractor/vendor quotations and incorporate them into tender submissions.
7. Maintain a tender calendar, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of all bids.
8. Analyze risks, contract terms, and statutory requirements related to tenders.
9. Support management in bid/no-bid decisions and strategic tender planning.
10. Maintain records of submitted tenders, follow-ups, and outcomes.
11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
Required Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong technical knowledge in civil and electrical engineering practices.
2. Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender documentation.
3. Familiarity with government and private sector tender processes (CPWD, PWD, Railways, Coal, etc.).
4. Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and tender software tools.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
2. Additional certifications in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Tender Management are a plus.
Experience:
1. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in tendering, estimation, or project management for civil and electrical projects.
2. Proven experience handling tenders for both government and private sector projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects involving civil and electrical works.
2. Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and manage high-value bids.
3. Knowledge of statutory compliance, contract terms, and tender risk assessment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
