to manage our tendering and procurement efforts, focusing on drone-related opportunities in both government and private sectors. This role is pivotal in driving our business development strategy, ensuring the submission of high-quality, compliant proposals that contribute to our growth.
What will you be doing
End-to-End Tender Management:
Lead the complete tender process for drone procurement opportunities, including government RFPs, private contracts, and institutional bids.
Bid Sourcing:
Research, monitor and source procurement opportunities and upcoming projects from public and private portals, websites, newspapers and govt departments.
Bid Analysis and Evaluation:
Analyze bid documents (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, etc) to extract requirements, compliance criteria, and deliverables, and provide Go/No Go recommendations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with technical, legal, finance, and operations teams to gather inputs to assess potential risks, develop mitigation plans and draft bid responses.
Proposal Development:
Prepare compelling proposals, technical documents, pricing structures, and commercial documentation aligned with project goals.
Compliance:
Manage documentation workflows for compliance with regulatory and client needs.
Tender Tracking:
Maintain a robust tracker, ensuring timely submissions, updates, and follow-ups.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with government departments, industry partners, and procurement portals to monitor upcoming opportunities.
Financial Analysis:
Preparation of project PLs, costing models, and profitability assessments.
See your fit:
Experience:
Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology, or any relevant Degree with 2-3 years in tender/bid management in business automation softwares, custom softwares etc
Procurement Knowledge:
Strong understanding of procurement regulations, government tender portals (eg, GeM, CPPP, state procurement portals), and public-private bidding processes.
Documentation and Communication Skills:
Proven experience in drafting proposals, technical documents, legal documents and commercial bids, presentations, and excellent oral communication.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PPT, Google Suite and CRM systems.
Business Development:
Prior experience in business development, contract negotiations, or public sector partnerships is a plus. Hindi speaking skills are a plus.
Self-starter: Ownership, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, high attention to detail.
