Can work out feasibility, apply and follow up tenders on his own. Mainly construction/contracting tenders

Communication with tender departments both public and private
Fast and quick in working
Good with numbers and logic
Good understanding of business
Very good Microsoft office skills
Can work independently
Strong hold on fundamentals
Experience of Civil, structural and MEP (incl HVAC & PHE)
Engineer
Better if Masters/MBA
Quick with computer
Self-starter and driven, will not wait and sit idle
