Experience: Minimum 4 years in handling the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal and other government/private tender portals
Job Location: Kolkata
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end tendering process on GeM portal and other tender platforms, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Analyze tender documents, assess qualification criteria, prepare price bids, and other schedules as required.
Upload product catalogs and listings on the GeM portal.
Monitor live tenders from the floating stage to the award of work and track EMD refunds and payments.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients on post-award queries, amendments, and compliance requirements.
Prepare comparison charts, bid evaluation reports, and maintain tender trackers for management.
Handle multiple tenders simultaneously and ensure timely submissions under strict deadlines.
Maintain documentation and compliance as per government procurement standards.
Required Skills:
In-depth knowledge of the GeM portal and other tender platforms (CPP portal, state government portals).
Strong understanding of government tendering procedures and eligibility criteria.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Good communication skills in English and [specify regional language if needed].
Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Additional Requirements:
Experience in handling product listing, bid participation, order processing, and vendor management on GeM.
Familiarity with government procurement rules and service provider eligibility.
Proven track record of successful tender submissions and contract awards.
