Job Title: Tender Filling Liaison

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tender Filling Liaisoner to manage the end-to-end government tender process and serve as a key liaison with government agencies such as CIDCO. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of government tendering procedures, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in Marathi.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the complete tender filling process for government projects. Analyze tender documents and ensure timely and compliant submissions. Negotiate terms and conditions with government authorities. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with officials in organizations such as CIDCO. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and compliance. Ensure adherence to local language and legal requirements (Marathi language proficiency is essential). Travel across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai for business development and liaison purposes.

Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in handling government tenders and procurement procedures. Strong understanding of government liaison protocols and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to manage field visits, documentation, and deadlines under pressure.
