Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced

Tender Filling Head

to manage end-to-end tendering activities including tender identification, documentation, compliance, and submission across government and private portals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate relevant tenders (GeM, CPPP, State portals, PSU portals) Lead complete tender filling process from pre-bid to final submission Prepare and verify technical & commercial documents Coordinate with procurement, finance, and legal teams for inputs Ensure compliance with tender terms, EMD, BG, and timelines Handle clarifications, corrigendum, and post-submission follow-ups Maintain tender MIS, trackers, and documentation records Lead and guide the tender team for timely execution
Key Requirements:

Graduate / MBA preferred 8+ years of experience in tender filling & bidding operations Strong knowledge of GeM and government tender portals Excellent documentation, coordination, and compliance skills Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
