Job Summary

KMS Interior, a growing

turnkey interior contracting company

, is looking for an experienced

Tender Filling Executive

to handle end-to-end tendering activities for

Interior, Civil, and MEP projects

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with

government and private tenders

, online tender portals, and complete documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Search, identify, and download tenders from

Government & Private portals

(GeM, CPPP, State portals, private platforms) Study tender documents, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and scope of work Prepare and submit

online & offline tenders

within stipulated deadlines Coordinate with internal teams for

technical, commercial, and financial inputs

Prepare complete tender documentation including

covering letters, annexures, and checklists

Handle

EMD, BG, tender fees

, and statutory compliance documents Track tender status, clarifications, corrigenda, and results Maintain proper

tender records, MIS, and databases

Coordinate with clients and internal departments for

post-tender activities

Required Experience & Skills

2-5 years

of experience as a

Tender Filling / Tender Executive

Prior experience in

Turnkey Interior, Civil, MEP, or Construction industry is mandatory

Strong knowledge of

online tender portals and tender procedures

Excellent documentation, formatting, and compliance skills Proficient in

MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools

Ability to work independently and manage

multiple deadlines

Education

Any Graduate / Diploma Engineering background will be an added advantage
