Job Summary
The Tender Executive will be responsible for end-to-end tender management for solar power projects, including rooftop and utility-scale installations. The role involves identifying tender opportunities, preparing compliant bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission in line with technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track solar-related tenders (government, PSU, DISCOM, EPC, private) through portals and industry sources
Analyze tender documents (RFP, RFQ, NIT) for technical, commercial, and contractual requirements
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to prepare accurate and competitive bids
Prepare and compile complete tender submissions including technical proposals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and commercial bids
Ensure adherence to MNRE, SECI, state policies, and other regulatory guidelines
Manage bid timelines, documentation, and submission (online and offline)
Handle pre-bid queries, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare clarifications
Maintain tender records, bid trackers, and documentation databases
Support post-bid activities including negotiations, LOA review, and contract finalization
Monitor tender outcomes and conduct bid analysis for continuous improvement

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
