To manage the complete tendering process, including identifying opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with GeM (Government e-Marketplace) and other e-procurement portals, in order to support the company's business development and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and monitor relevant tenders through
GEM portal, e-procurement portals, and government websites
.
Register, update, and maintain company details, product listings, and documentation on the
GEM portal
.
Review tender documents, terms, and conditions and ensure all requirements are met before submission.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, finance, purchase, legal, etc.) for gathering tender inputs and approvals.
Prepare and compile
technical and commercial bids
as per tender specifications.
Ensure timely
submission of tenders
, EMDs, and related documents through online/offline modes.
Handle
tender queries, clarifications, and pre-bid meetings
with clients and government authorities.
Maintain a database of submitted tenders, bid outcomes, and renewal schedules.
Follow up on
bid results
and coordinate for contract award and order processing.
Ensure full compliance with
GEM guidelines
, documentation standards, and company policies.
Prepare
MIS reports
and summaries for management review.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of

Proficiency in
MS Office, GEM Portal, and e-procurement systems

Qualification and Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
