Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Tendering Executive with hands-on experience in the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities, with a strong focus on identifying, preparing, and submitting bids through the GeM portal. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and track relevant tenders, bids, and procurement opportunities on the

GeM portal

. Prepare and submit

technical and commercial bids

on the GeM portal in line with client specifications and timelines. Upload product/service catalogs, manage pricing, and update documentation regularly on the portal. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, procurement, finance, legal) to gather required documents and approvals. Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance of vendor/company profile on GeM. Monitor and respond to online queries, corrigenda, and clarifications related to GeM tenders. Maintain comprehensive records of bids submitted, won/lost, and feedback received. Track performance metrics on the portal and suggest improvements to enhance visibility and win rates. Handle negotiations and communications with government buyers on the GeM platform. Stay updated with the latest GeM guidelines, procurement policies, and system updates.

Requirements:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.

Experience:



2-5 years of experience in tendering/bid management.

Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with the GeM portal

is essential.

Skills:



In-depth knowledge of the

GeM procurement process and compliance requirements

. Strong documentation, analytical, and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in government or public sector tendering. Familiarity with e-procurement portals other than GeM is a plus.

Working Conditions:



Office-based with occasional requirement for virtual or physical coordination with government buyers or procurement officers. May require extended hours during key bid submissions.

Pay: ₹10,957.78 - ₹25,000.00 per month
