Graduate (B.Com / BBA / equivalent)
2-5 years of experience in Governement
tendering processes
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal
(Government e-Marketplace) - mandatory
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
and computer operations
Strong knowledge of
documentation, compliance, and submission procedures
Good communication skills for coordination with departments and vendors
Preparation, uploading, and submission of
tenders on GeM portal/ Govt portals
Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and deadlines
Maintain and update tender records, documentation, and MIS reports
Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and approvals
Monitor tender status, respond to queries, and follow up on results
Assist in drafting commercial bids, quotations, and supporting documents
Keep track of new tender opportunities and notify management accordingly
