We are seeking a multi-skilled professional to support both
government e-tendering
and post-order execution.
Position Objective:
The role focuses entirely on managing end-to-end e-tendering activities for Government and PSU customers. This includes identifying tender opportunities, preparing compliant bids, coordinating internal inputs, handling GeM operations, and supporting post-order documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Tendering & e-Procurement Management
Regularly identify and monitor tenders on
GeM, and other PSU portals
.
Evaluate eligibility, specifications, and scope of supply and coordinate for internal approvals.
Prepare and submit
technical and financial bids
, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
Manage GeM catalogue listings,
RA (Reverse Auction)
participation, and order execution.
Upload invoices, generate CRACs, and handle post-tender compliance documentation.
Liaise with government procurement departments for bid status updates and documentation clarification.
Maintain comprehensive trackers for all tenders submitted, won, and under process.
Core Competencies & Skills:
In-depth understanding of GeM portal operations, including tenders, bids, RA, and invoicing.
Familiarity with technical specifications, drawings, and industrial components relevant to tender submissions.
Strong coordination skills across departments (production, dispatch, client, inspection authorities).
Well-versed in
MS Office (Excel, Word), Email Communication, PDF Handling

Good command over
Hindi and English (verbal and written)

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Graduate in
Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering
, or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 years of combined experience in:
Government tendering (mandatory GeM exposure
Experience with clients such as
NTPC, SAIL, BHEL, Armed Forces, and PSU organisations
is preferred.
