Position: Tender Executive (with GeM Portal Experience)

Location: Alipur

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Salary- 20 K

We're seeking a proactive Tender Executive experienced in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal operations and tender management. The ideal candidate will handle online tender submissions, documentation, bidding, and post-tender follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Manage end-to-end tendering process through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.

2)Prepare and submit technical and financial bids.

3)Maintain tender documentation and compliance records.

4)Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and vendor registrations.

5)Track and respond to new government tenders and bid opportunities.

Requirements:-

Strong knowledge of GeM portal operations. Familiarity with e-tendering procedures and government procurement norms. Excellent MS Excel, communication, and documentation skills.
