We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator / Tender Executive with a
minimum of 2+ years of experience in the E-Tendering process.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting to the Manager to complete the bidding / tendering process, ensuring compliance with all requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to submit bids.

Qualification: Any Graduate.
Requirements:
Minimum
2+ years of hands-on experience
in the E-Tendering process.
(Preferably for Electrical Projects)
Experience in
government or public sector tenders.
Assisting the
end-to-end process of E-Tendering on the Gem Portal,
various other platforms, journals, websites, including identification of opportunities, preparation of bid documents,
PSU Vendor registration
, submission, and follow-up.
Prepare and compile all necessary documentation
required for tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals, and ensure they meet the requirements specified in the tender.
Ensure all bids comply with legal, technical, and commercial requirements.
Identify potential risks in the tendering process and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with various departments to gather required information and inputs for the bid process. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to clarify bid requirements and address queries.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes.
Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of ongoing bids.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
