We are seeking a proactive and experienced Tender Executive with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in handling government tendering processes, including GeM portal operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the full tender lifecycle, engaging with government clients, generating business leads, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids. Candidates should also be capable of managing bids for Website and Mobile App development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and track government tenders through various portals (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, etc.).
Prepare and submit EOIs, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documentation.
Maintain and update tender status and MIS reports on a regular basis.
Generate business leads by engaging with government clients and exploring new opportunities.
Attend client meetings, pre-bid meetings, and site visits as necessary.
Deliver professional PowerPoint presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) for bid preparation.
Ensure timely registration, renewal, and compliance on GeM and other government portals.
Analyze tender requirements and evaluate the eligibility and technical/financial criteria.
Manage and coordinate bids for Website and Mobile App development tenders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government procurement guidelines and policies.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or relevant field.
3-4 years of proven experience in tendering, especially in government sector.
In-depth knowledge of GeM portal operations and government eProcurement systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, pre-bid discussions, and presentations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience in handling tenders for IT-related services like Website and Mobile App development.
Familiarity with public sector procurement norms and documentation.
