We seek a highly motivated Tendering Engineer to join our Tender team. The ideal candidate should

have good communication skills and an understanding of the tender process.

Skills:

? Understanding of the tender process and GeM Portal.

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Digital Signature Key (DSC).

? Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

? Knowledge of commercial terms and vendor registration.

Responsibilities:

? Register on e-portals and upload tenders.

? Vet and manage tender submissions and deadlines.

? Gather and prepare bid documents, coordinating with various departments.

? Maintain tender files, assist in vendor registration, and handle related administrative tasks.

? Support commercial and finance departments with bid-related activities and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: ₹10,044.79 - ₹25,645.31 per month
