Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Management

Regularly search and track government tenders on GEM Portal and other e-procurement platforms.
Analyze tender notices, eligibility criteria, and requirements to shortlist suitable opportunities.
Maintain a tender calendar with deadlines, submission dates, and follow-ups,
Bid Preparation & Submission

Prepare, compile, and upload tender documents including technical and financial proposals.
Draft cover letters, annexures, compliance checklists, and other required formats.
Coordinate with finance, legal, and technical teams for necessary inputs.
Ensure bids are compliant with tender terms and conditions.
Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience with GEM Portal & e-tendering.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation and bidding process.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF handling).
Qualification

Certification or prior experience in e-procurement / GEM portal is an added advantage.
Shift time - 10:30am - 7:30pm

week off - Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
